  • DEPERSONALIZE: Pack away family photos, personalized fridge magnets, diplomas, and religious items so buyers can envision themselves living there.
  • CONCEAL CORDS: Hide or neatly bundle loose cables and power cords behind furniture or baseboards.
  • HIDE THE TRASH: Empty all wastebaskets and hide them entirely in closets or the garage.
  • MANAGE PETS: Completely remove pet beds, toys, food/water bowls, and litter boxes from the home.
